Very frustrating that there is no information on the outage in my area. Been out since 4pm today with no timeframe of when it will be back up. Was in middle of a presentation when it cut out. In the dark. No info to when....
My Internet has been down all day. I live in the Cornerstone Community in Lynchburg, VA. When might I get it back?
It’s been hours since I have internet, thank god I don’t have to work tomorrow. If I did have to work tomorrow I’d would be working from home and if it’s not on by then I’m sol pretty much.
I really need to know how long this situation will continue!! Aside from the important leisurely functions, Lumos should remember that many people are working from home with a ton of paperwork and lots and lots of zoom meetings!!!!!
Internet not working !
Lumos is terrible with its customer service and communication. No explanation whatsoever on the ongoing outage. And btw their call automatically hangs up on you. I guess this should be better than a long wait????!
Tv and internet down now for several hours
The light on my receiver under the internet section is red and I cant play games or watch netflix
LUMOS, your SNS accounts are not only for your self-promotion but to inform your clients what’s going on in situations like this. I still wasn’t able to reach customer service despite waiting for over 45 mins. Please explain the outage!
