Internet has been down in Oxford, on County Road 364 for over an hour

Internet has been down for almost an hour
Been down since Tuesday and no one has given an update. Spoke to tech support Logan twice. Told me they were working on the problem on my road in forest. I’ve yet to see a single MaxxSouth vehicle
No internet in Philadelphia either been down for about 15 mins
Internet down yesterday. Came up for little while last night and back down again today. Still down...
