N Alabama Cell phone access been down for hours on Cons Cellular plan. Can't call or text.
North Alabama In the Arab, AL area, no cellphone access, down since late ladt nite. Only SOS calls via Consumer Cellular phone plan.
Mobile phone says not registered on a network. Thats BS. Can only SOS call.

Have had a problem logging into CC after they had me pick a pin # on 31 Jan 2024. Have tried 5 devices “4 iOS and 1 Microsoft, along with 5 different browsers. Still cannot access my account! CC has been no help so far!
Tell customers why service out now no one cares what happened a month a go what are you hiding from?
consumer cellular service out in my area you call get a recording to argue with then says to post comment on here is that suppose to make me feel better it doesn't just piss me off more they tell me to make a comment talk to customers
