    Internet

    Desktop and laptop have no internet. Almost impossible to get human on line. Tivo partially working. Rep offered protection plan which I denied. Monthlybprotection plan wouldbcover cost of tech visit?

    Total Blackout

    Been out since 12:30am. Can't reach human, automation said it would be back 3:30am, then 6:30qm, then 9:30am. Still no internet nor TV. What's up????
