All other service work (Netflix, Prime & Hulu) but constant playback error message. Laptop connects to internet so the issue is not with them.

Im trying to sign in on my playstation 4 after downloding the app and when I try to follow the first step which is go to tv.youtube.com/start i get an error message that the site cant be reached. Is there another way to sign in?
