Not working, and problems with certain channels not available weekly.

Internet just went out completely! Remind me why I pay an extra $40 more a month for “better” Internet?
Just wow. DVR constant down, TV service down, fiber internet with underground cables goes out in rain? It feels like 1972 again! Fix the service will ya?????
