    Customer service lines sre done too. Bad service.

    Always off and on. Their hardware the provide and charge ridiculous fees for is cheap and not reliable. Called tech support three time to find out we are in an outage area. These people are fools!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Very sketchy internet at Craddock and Hughson in San Marcos, TX 11-11-2019 at 6:00 pm I called tech, they rebooted from THEIR side, not my modem, still sporadic
